Grenergy promotes female talent with 31% representation in STEM roles.

Grenergy has achieved a 31% female representation in its EPC engineering team. This milestone underscores the company’s commitment to providing equal opportunities in STEM areas— Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics —and the company’s efforts to promote the inclusion of women in technical roles within its business model.
To this end, the company has introduced various initiatives framed within its ESG Roadmap 2024- 2026. This strategic plan includes over twenty actions focused on training, recruitment, development, and workplace culture, that facilitate the integration of women in STEM positions across the more than ten countries where Grenergy operates.
This commitment permeates all levels of the company, as demonstrated by the composition of its Board of Directors. With nearly 50% female representation, Grenergy has been recognized again by the Ibex Gender Equality Index, which highlights the most gender-progressive Spanish publicly traded companies. Additionally, the company’s Board Committees are chaired by independent female directors, further highlighting its commitment to gender diversity at the highest levels of decision-making.
