We replicate the successful Oasis de Atacama model in central Chile.

Central Oasis

With a capacity of 1.4 GW of solar power and 5.1 GWh of storage and an estimated investment of 900 million euros. The project includes five planned phases, all set to be operational in 2027: Gran Teno, Planchón, Tamanago Monte Águila and Sol de Caone.

All of them already have power purchase agreements (PPAs) in place, including the first base‑load PPA, or 24/7 continuous supply, with Codelco, the Chilean state‑owned mining company and the world’s leading copper producer.

About Monte Águila

Monte Águila, Phase IV of the Central Oasis platform, will have an installed capacity of 342 MW of solar power, along with 1,034 MWh of battery storage.

The groundbreaking ceremony took place in October 2025, and the project represents an investment of $265 million.

The plant is expected to be connected in 2027.
