Yesterday, May 28, we hosted at our El Olivo room in Grenergy’s Madrid headquarters the presentation of our updated investment plan and our first‑quarter 2026 results.

The event brought together analysts, investors, bankers, partners and representatives from various financial institutions, who closely followed the company’s latest strategic and operational developments.

During the session, David Ruiz de Andrés, CEO of Grenergy, together with Daniel Lozano, Mercedes Español, Emi Takehara, Daniel Barman, members of the executive committee, and María Gismero, Sustainability Director, reviewed the recent milestones and the objectives shaping the company’s next stage, with capex increasing to €3.7 billion through 2028.

Key announcements

The update included the presentation of Iberian Oasis (1 GW solar + 3.2 GWh storage), which brings to the Iberian market the hybrid model developed in Chile, as well as the expansion of Oasis Atacama and Central Oasis, raising the total Oasis platform portfolio to 5 GW and 22 GWh.

The session also highlighted the progress of Greenbox, now targeting 8 GWh in operation and construction across Europe. And as a major new development, GR Data was announced — a digital infrastructure platform for data centers in Chile, built on the OASIS hybrid platforms, with potential to scale up to 1 GW IT, aiming to attract strategic partners in a country positioned to become Latin America’s leading data‑center hub.

What we are building

With this update, Grenergy increases its investment to accelerate storage projects in Europe, Latin America and the United States, leveraging the success of the hybrid model developed in Chile. All of this strengthens Grenergy’s position as an integrated platform capable of generating, managing and delivering 24/7 clean energy, now also with digital infrastructure services — ready to lead the future of energy.
