Silvia Puche — Vice secretary of the board

Silvia Puche has a degree in Law from the University of Murcia and a Master’s Degree in Legal Consultancy from the Instituto de Empresa.
She began her professional career at PwC, where she spent 9 years in the Tax&Legal division, in the Real Estate Department. Subsequently, she spent a year and a half in a real estate company.
For the last four years she has held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at Grenergy, supporting the corporate, development and general services areas. In addition, she is Deputy Secretary of the Board of Directors and is in charge of the Secretariat of the Management, Investment, Sustainability and Regulatory Committees of the company.
