Luis Rivas Álvarez — Chief of Human Resources, Digital & Innovation

Luis Rivas Álvarez holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Santiago de Compostela and has extensive experience in the human resources and financial sectors, both nationally and internationally.

Rivas began his professional career at the consulting firm Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC), before joining Cintra, part of the Ferrovial Group. During the nearly twenty years he was linked to the international infrastructure operator, he held leadership positions with responsibilities in both the financial and HR departments across various companies within the group. In his final role, he served as the Director of HR Development.
