Álvaro Ruiz Ruiz is Head of the Legal Department of Grenergy. He has a Law Degree from Complutense University of Madrid and a Master in Corporate and Business Law from Centro de Estudios Garrigues. He worked as an intern at C´M´S´ Cameron Mckenna (Scotland) to later join GTL Asesoría Energética as Legal and Economic Advisor between September 2008 and December 2009. In January 2010, he joined Yingli Solar as legal counsel, becoming, in January 2014, director of the legal area for the Iberian Peninsula, North Africa and Latin America, a charge he held until its incorporation into Grenergy in October 2015.
