Grenergy Colombia is one of the main agents in the non-conventional renewables market in Colombia. Since our arrival in 2016, we have actively participated in the evolution of the FNCER sector.

Grenergy Renovables, as an international reference developer, is implementing large-scale photovoltaic plants in different locations in the country.
It is important to mention that the Mexican market is already a well-known and successful market for the company. In 2021, it connected its first solar plant with 35 MW in the state of San Miguel de Allende, which is currently operating satisfactorily.

Grenergy Peru began activities in Peru in 2015, currently operates two wind farms with a total power of 36 MW, and also has a portfolio of projects in development of more than 500MW of non-conventional renewable energy plants, both wind and photovoltaic. In this sense, by 2026 it will become one of the main independent power producers in the country.

Sofos Harbert Renewable Energy is the result of the strategic partnership between Juan Mayoral, former CEO of Sofos Energy; and Billy Harbert, CEO of BL Harbert International; Dedicated to being leaders in the design, development and construction of solar energy installations worldwide.

In February 2023, Grenergy Renovables buys 100% of Sofos Harbert Renewable Energy, reinforcing the commitment of both companies to energy development in the United States and positioning Grenergy in the American market with a team that already had extensive experience in the sector, having previously developed a portfolio of 2 GW of solar energy.

Grenergy Chile is positioned as one of the main players in the non-conventional renewable energy market in the country, being the company that has built the most photovoltaic plants in the country, surpassing the incredible number of 63 plants during the year 2022.

Grenergy started its activities in Romania in 2023, initiating the development of a portfolio of renewable energy and energy storage (BESS) projects, which now total 150 MW in photovoltaic projects and approximately 1000 MW in BESS projects, in various phases of development. Thus, in the coming years, Grenergy Romania intends to become one of the main independent energy producers (IPP) in the country.
