Taking care of the people who make up our team is a priority.
The people who work at Grenergy think it is a great place to work. The results obtained with Trust Index annual surveys show a high level of trust and satisfaction by the employees. For this reason, Grenergy received the Great Place to Work certification for the second consecutive year.
Our anti-discrimination policies, business ethics, diversity programs and human capital development and talent retention initiatives were evaluated by Sustainalytics, concluding that the company has a solid management of ESG risks.
We promote gender equality and the participation of women at all levels, from the Board of Directors, where female representation is 50%, to the inclusion of rural women in the construction of our plants.
Grenergy is included in the IBEX Gender Equality Index, the first national index to measure women presence in top management and Board of Directors.
