We ran our consultation in April 2025 to provide an opportunity for the community to provide their feedback on our plans ahead of a planning application being submitted to Durham County Council.

As part of the consultation process, we held a drop-in information event on Tuesday 8th April 2025. Thank you to everyone who took the time out to attend and to provide their feedback. Your views are very important to us, and all feedback will be considered to help shape the final plans.
