Lucía García Clavería holds a degree in law and business administration and management from the Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros (CUNEF). She has been a practising lawyer since 2013. She is a partner in the capital markets and corporate governance area of Ramón y Cajal Abogados. She has extensive experience in advising listed companies in the securities and corporate markets. He has advised on numerous national and international transactions, including IPOs, capital increases and debt issues, both in regulated and unregulated markets, as well as on acquisitions of listed and unlisted companies. Prior to joining Ramón y Cajal Abogados, she completed an internship in New York at the Permanent Mission of Spain to the United Nations.
